Crystallising Edible Flowers

On Tuesday 10th March at 7.30pm, we are very pleased to welcome Jill Fade from Meadowsweet Flowers who is coming to talk to us about crystallising edible flowers.

At Meadowsweet Flowers they create beautiful edible crystallised flowers on the farm in Devon.  All the flowers are grown without the use of chemicals or pesticide sprays and their wide selection of unique crystallised flowers are in great demand to be used as decorations for special events and occasions.  They also produce Belgian chocolates, each individually decorated with a crystallised flower which make delightful gifts and are perfect for dinner parties and wedding favours.

If you want to know more about Jill and her fabulous flowers, go to http://www.meadowsweetflowers.co.uk

We are really looking forward to this talk and demonstration, so see you there.

A MAGIC EVENING!

We all enjoyed our evening of Magic and Sleight of Hand with Zac Stone.  It was certainly a meeting with a difference and Zak had us in fits of laughter and wide-eyed with amazement at his fantastic tricks.

Zac took us through a brief History of Magic and illustrated some tricks - see pix below
